I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Washington (#PY60116578). My master's and doctorate degrees are in Clinical Psychology from a scientist-practitioner program. This means I was trained both as a clinician and a researcher. I have experience with all ages in school, child care, community mental health, and residential treatment settings.

As faculty at the University of Washington, I am also involved in teaching, research, curriculum development, and professional reflective consultation in early childhood mental health. I have trained students and providers from a range of disciplines, including pediatrics, early childhood education, early intervention, and mental health.

I am a Circle of Security® Parenting™ (COS-P) Facilitator as well as co-author of an early childhood mental health curriculum adapted for pediatric primary care. All of these experiences have proved useful for my clinical work across the lifespan.
